Filippo Gambetta and Claudio De Angeli
Filippo Gambetta (accordion) and Claudio De Angeli (acoustic guitar) offers a concert of traditional arranged melodies and original compositions, ranging from European folk music idioms to contemporary sonorities. The duo also performs a repertoire of folk bal focusing primarily on Northern Italian, French and Irish folk music. The two musicians are part of the projects Liguriani , Filippo Gambetta Trio and Birkin Tree and have playing together for over 15 years; they have perfrormed together in some of the most important international folk music festivals. They have played together in Italy , Finland , Canada , France , Denmark , Belgium , Spain , Netherlands , United Kingdom , Germany , Czech Republic and Switzerland. They have been members of the band Careelon, proposing traditional Irish music.
